ADDENDUM #4

WAN-, LAN- and MAINT-RFP RESPONDENTS:  The two HUBs between Homewood Heights GS and Washington HS—shown with one Green Star and one Red Star, refer to the Washington Grade School in East Peoria and Illinois Central College in East Peoria respectively.  Please make a note of the same in the preparation of your bid response.  

LAN-RFP RESPONDENTS:  The ICC Perley Campus and Health and Safety Campus hardware is for illustrative purposes only and shall be used as back-up equipment; ICC has existing equipment at these two locations that they will use.  In other words, bid the equipment—2  switches each w/ 2 single mode fiber interfaces and two routers w/ 25 Mbs ATM up-links—but know that the same are for back-up purposes only.  

WAN-RFP RESPONDENTS:  The fiber runs depicted between the ICC Campuses are still required; only the hardware requirements have changed.

LAN-RFP Respondents:  Routers were specified in 1.3 for all buildings—Including the ICC campuses and the ISBE POP.  This Section should now read:  

? SPECIFICATION 1.3   FEATURES/CAPABILITIES OF THE ROUTER AT ALL LOCATIONS—EXCEPT THE ICC CAMPUSES (EAST PEORIA, PERELY, HEALTH AND SAFETY) AND THE ISBE POP—TO  CONNECT EXISTING LAN/LABS TO THE ATM SWITCH.  

? AT THE ICC EAST PEORIA CAMPUS AND ISBE POP ONLY SHOULD BE BID:  ONE FAST ETHERNET SWITCHE AT EACH LOCATION WITH 12 10/100 PORTS AND 1 ATM MMF OC-3 UP-LINK.
