Due to ISAT I did not want to over whelm my students with anything to new so we have been spending time brushing up on some of our skills. We have spent the last few days working with fractions and integers. I found a few fun games that involve adding integers, subtracting integers, and matching equivalent fractions. I had stations set up with the iPads and instruction sheets. Students got the first minute at every station to play on the iPad. After that minute they were to follow the instructions at the station. The instructions would lead them to a game to play. At the end of class, we shared out about the experience. It was a lot of fun and something I will definitely do again with them. |
