World Book: How to Create Student "My Research" Accounts Creating individual accounts allows your students to save all of the World Book articles and other World Book content (such as pictures, video clips, maps) needed for their research in their own account folder.  They can access this folder from home and from any computer at school. Students must have their own "My Research" account in order to save work on a Timeline and Citations. Click on the link above for very easy directions on setting up student accounts.  The "My Research" folders hold content from both WB Student and WB Discover sites. Accounts set up roll over to future school years in the district.

• Students should create an easily remembered username (such as first.last) or last name only but it must be 6-10 characters long. Teachers should keep a record of all usernames.
• Students should use their district password as their "My Research" password.
• Students do not need to enter an email address.
