The Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting vendor applications (until January 11th) for our annual Business EXPO. This well-attended event will again be held at the Dragon's Dome. This year's expo features a new layout and the booth space is going fast. Whether you're an exhibitor or someone looking for a fun way to spend the day, the Pekin Area Business EXPO '08 promises to be the place to be on Saturday, January 26, 2008.
The basic booth fee is $280. However, you can take advantage of a special discount: Get $150 off your fee if you are a Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce member.
As an exhibitor, your basic booth includes: 10'x10' floor space with 8' back drape and 3' side drapes; one skirted table; two chairs; garbage can; free wireless internet access at the Expo; list of all attendees who enter the grand prize drawing; and a listing on the map in the special EXPO '08 section of the Pekin Daily Times. New this year...a free continental breakfast and hospitality room for our vendors...sponsored by CEFCU.
Optional extra's include: A very limited number of electric outlets ($15); an Excel spreadsheet of all attendees who enter the grand prize drawing ($25); additional adjoining 10' x 10' space ($50).
The Chamber will promote Pekin Expo '08 with advertising on Regent Broadcasting radio stations, Insight Communications cable stations, and in the Pekin Daily Times. Additionally, you can take advantage of these special advertising packages to promote your participation:
Pekin Daily Times -- 1/4 page, spot-red ad in special Expo section for $300.
Regent Broadcast-- 25 commercials on station of your choice (WGLO, WFYR, WIXO, WZPW) for $680 and get 25 free between December 17, 2007-February 24, 2008.
