Troubadours
Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I am a Troubadour. If you don't know what a Troubadour is, it is a traveling musician or minstrel. We travel around different kingdoms and lands telling stories, gossip, and personal experiences. If you want to know more about Troubadours, read the rest of this awesome web page!

.

First off I'm going to give you the 411 on the instruments we play. Here's a list!

Lute Tambourine

Mini Harp Harpsicord

Viol Bagpipe

The Zink Serpent

Bladder Pipe Recorder

O.K. Just like you 19th century people, we Troubadours kept pets. Some of them were Snakes, Cats, Dogs, Birds, and even sheep or lambs! Sometimes we kept pets like scorpions, or ,even cobras. The really daring people would keep really poisonous things and flaunt that they were real brave. I never though so. I always thought that they were just stupid. Because when you're a kid growing up with people that were so weird, that just to attract a crowd, they would start a story about something that didn't even happen! Or something that did happen,. But, instead of telling what really happened they would tell lies! Then the person who the story was about would get teased and taunted! Sometimes the other family we traveled with would make me so mad; that I would just stay in the town we were in and catch up w/ them later. So as you can imagine my childhood really stunk at times.

On a normal day my schedule was like this.

4:00 a.m. wake up

5:00 a.m. leave for the next town or the next gig we had lined up

noon a.m. arive at the next town

3-midnight do the gig

1:00 a.m. go to bed !

Pretty exuasting, huh!
