The Architect Subcommittee met on May 26, 1998, at 6:00 p.m. in the District 108 Boardroom. Present were Rob Olson, Dean Bacon, Egan Hicks, Larry Goodwin, Rick Butler, Bev Waters, and Chuck Bowen. The following represents my understanding of the discussions that took place.

Topic	Discussion
Project type	We discussed the type of building project that the Wilson 2000 Committee will be recommending. Chuck Bowen discussed how input from the other two committees will assist us in finalizing the project type. This will be resolved as the other committees meet and provide input.
Architect Selection	In discussing the process on architect selection, we decided to investigate some organizations for information. The following is a list of a few organizations we will start with: Dodge Company – Peoria IASBO – Illinois Association for School Business Officials Jost Becker Jost – Pekin Normal Community High School- have built recently Communicate with Joe Arvia, ARAMARK
Tentative Timeline	June Review Capital Development Board Guidelines Review research on architects and selection process for architects Communicate with possible candidates July Develop interview format and questions Develop questionnaire Develop short list of candidates Conduct site visits Begin Interviews August Continue site visits Continue interviews Make recommendations
