The
following questions requesting clarification have been
received to date. The answer to the question has been
italicized to distinguish it from the question. This
Addendum 2 should be added to and incorporated in the
Request for Statement of Interest and Qualifications
issued September 1998.
General
Instructions, item #7, page 3. We were in attendance
at the mandatory conference, but would not be the lead
architect as we are an engineering firm. Our Consortium
partner (the architect), also in attendance, has chosen
not to respond. Could we engage a new architect partner
and, vis-a-vie our attendance, still respond?
Yes.
So long as one member of a consortium was present at
the mandatory meeting the requirement of Item #7 of
the General Instructions—especially when read within
the context of the first sentence of the Scope of the
Project—would be satisfied.
General
Instructions, item #4, page 3. How many copies of the
response do you require?
We
require one original set of forms and your attachments
completed and signed in blue ink and four copies thereof
for our team of readers.
