Dedication and Open House
A Dedication Ceremony was held on August 26, 2001 for
the new Wilson Intermediate School. The community was
honored by the presence of Ms. Penny Collier, daughter
of Fern R. Wilson. Principal Linda Harris, Superintendent
Perry Soldwedel, Board President Larry Brees, Architect
Jim Lemon, and Contractor Bob Hoerr also made remarks
at the ceremony. After the ribbon cutting, community
members were able to take a tour of the new facility.
