School is working on improving student performance
in the areas of reading, writing, and math. Currently
the PDSA process is occurring in all three areas.

- Increase
the percentage of students meeting
or exceeding state standards in
Reading, Mathematics and Writing.
- Increase
the percentage of employees meeting
or exceeding expectations in the
five core performance areas.
- Increase
quality teaching and learning by
providing continuous feedback to
employees and students.
- Measure
student’s participation in directing
their own learning and use results
to improve teaching and learning.
- Align
district standards, assessment and
instruction of Science and Social
Studies with state standards.
- Measure
effectiveness of staff development
in furthering the district’s mission,
and use the results to plan for
improvement.
- Address
findings of the Michael Fullan Critical
Friends visit to further the missions
of the district and Illinois State
University.
- Monitor
enrollment and achieve the lowest
class size possible.
- Improve
student attendance.
