Goal One (2000-2001):To increase student performance through the school improvement process.

Conduct PDSA training and projects within each school to provide motivation and context within which teachers will use instructional best practices.

Establish Local Validation Committee to support classroom teachers’ use of district writing rubrics for instruction and evaluation of student writing.
