base rate (actual increase of 13% with new Wilson square footage). Project
labor rate increased by $2 as it was flat for the past eight years.

area by 37,000 square feet due to new Wilson School.
- Conducted yearly
walk through with Principal and ARAMARK supervisor.
- Conducted annual
facility needs assessments with Principals and Facilities Manager.
