principals’ budget committee to draft the allocation system.

- Devised a resource
allocation system for the schools in collaboration with the principals
that is both equitable and adequate.
- Integrated the
decentralized resource allocation system with a larger, zero-based system
of budgeting.
- Identified the
types of supplies and services supported by the allocation.
- Introduced system
to all of the principals
