Proficient	User is able to fully document their ability to use technology as a tool for organizing interactive groups..
Expert	User is able to fully document their ability to use technology as a tool for organizing interactive groups and willing to mentor and teach others. (by selecting expert level, your name will be made available to others who need assistance)
