To complete this objective, the user willl attend an in-district workshop or demonstrate the skills to an Expert

Novice

Able to perform SOME of the tasks without assistance.

Proficient

Able to perform ALL of the tasks without assistance.

Expert

Able to perform ALL tasks without assistance and willing to mentor and teach others. (by selecting expert level, your name will be made available to others who need assistance)
