User must be able to understand and demonstrate a social, legal and ethical understanding of the following list:

1. Never load software that doesn’t comply with the software copyright agreement.
2. Understanding of the Internet Use Agreement and have a district driver’s license

To complete this objective, a user needs to sign the District Internet Agreement and obtain an Internet driver’s license.

Novice

Read the agreement, but has not signed and received their license.

Proficient

Read the agreement, signed the agreement and has the district license.

Expert

Able to license students using the district procedure. (by selecting expert level, your name will be made available to others who need assistance)
