Able to contact tech support via e-mail.

Proficient

Able to contact tech support via e-mail with appropriate information and also able to access the on-line tech support system.

Expert

Able to perform ALL tasks without assistance and willing to mentor and teach others. (by selecting expert level, your name will be made available to others who need assistance)
