Description	Demonstrates an ability to plan and implement the Teaching and Learning with Computers (TLC) model Components of TLC include: Small groups of students doing a variety of activities in the classroom with computers as a student station Teacher as facilitator Self-directed activities Prior planning by teacher To complete this objective, submit a TLC lesson plan.
Novice	User is able to implement the TLC model with assistance
Proficient	User is able to implement the TLC model without assistance
Expert	User is able to implement the TLC model without assistance and is willing to mentor and teach others (by selecting expert level, your name will be made available to others who need assistance).
