Definition of Support Categories
What does Supported & Paid mean? All items in this category are fully supported by the Tech Center. The Tech Center will provide personnel to investigate solutions and will pay for the full cost of any parts, labor, or shipping. In the event that the equipment is non-repairable, the district will purchase a replacement. (Notice - all items in this category are fully paided for unless otherwise noted)

What does Supported & Not Paid mean? Items in this category are supported about the same as items in the above category (Support & Paid), except that the district will not pay for any parts, labor, or shipping charges for the equipment. Each building is responsible for these costs.

What does Not Supported mean? Items in this category are not supported in any way by the Tech Center. Please do not contact http://irm.pekin.net regarding any equipment in this category.

Deployment Plan

During the summer of 2001 - all machines in the district were redistributed. All buildings have machines of the same type. This allows us to focus on 2 or 3 buildings each summer for replacement/redeployment. The schedule for replacement is as follows:
