Congratulations to the 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team for winning regionals! The team defeated Morton with a score of 30-28. The boys continue their play at sectionals on Tuesday, February 6, at 6:00. Broadmoor is hosting sectionals this year and the boys will play Eureka. Hopefully the fans will come out to support Broadmoor's team--hope to see you there!
Seventh grade students in art class have created one-of-a-kind color patterns and embellished them with an overlay of black cut paper. From a choice of 14 colors, students selected four to create a repetitive pattern of stripes. After gluing the pattern to construction paper, students used the technique of folding and cutting paper to create a unique design that they glued on top of the pattern. The results are quite striking. Nice job 7th graders and Mrs. Borsch!
