Many people think we should go to war with Iraq. Some of their reasonings are that Saddam possible has in his possession weapons of mass destruction, and they should be taken from his control. He is thought to be supporting terrorist organizations. He has used weapons of mass destruction in previous years on his own people. Also people believe that Saddam has the will to use these weapons. Saddam uses terrorist acts toward his own people, what's to stop him from selling weapons to terrorist organizations, or using these weapons on America. Saddam is also the leader of a party called the "Bathe Party". There belief is that they need to unit all Arab country's, and to get rid of America.

A number of Americans are of the belief that it is not of importance to the people to remove Saddam from power, and/or to destroy his weapons. They believe that Saddam does not pose an immediate threat, therefore, we should not go to war with Saddam. One of my many teachers told me that he thinks "If we had a legitimate reason to go to war we should. If its just for President Bush to score points amongst the people, we should definitely not start a war." There should be evidence leading to him selling weapons, or a plan to use weapons, or that he indeed has not destroyed his weapons, before we go to war. A very strong belief is that if we go to war all we are going to do is gain more enemies, and have ore terrorist acts on U.S. soil.
