Pekin's Registration Materials
Opening of School Packet August 1 - September 30
Beginning of School Packet for Principals and Secretaries: Each August, principals and secretaries receive a packet of instructions for getting the year started. Included are such things as a list of tasks and deadlines, registration and residency forms, and directions for completing the various processes needed to assure accurate and smooth startup of services and records.
Registration and Enrollment Data Collection and Analysis Plan
The district collects data continuously throughout the year to inform decisions about staff assignments, attendance boundaries, etc. This table lists each data collection point, the specific data collected, and the decisions based upon the information.
Other Districts' Registration Materials
About 50% of parents downloaded the forms from the Web site, completed them at home, and brought to school on registration day.
