As an educator, I believe that it is my job to teach my students to be lifelong learners. I want to be a teacher who encourages and motivates my students. I am also willing to help students have the potential to be whatever they want in life.  I want them to develop not only academic skills but life skills. It is my job as a teacher to model these skills for my students.

            I believe that the teacher should actively engage the students in the learning process, make learning fun, and interesting for them. Teachers cannot only teach one way but must incorporate a wide range of teaching strategies in their classroom. 

           Teachers must have enthusiasm for what they are teaching, because if they don’t, students will not have the appropriate learning experience. 

             My goal is to create a safe, secure, and fun learning environment for my students to grow in as lifelong learners
