My Short Term Goals:

• To obtain a teaching position in central Illinois working with students in grades kindergarten through sixth.
• To continue to improve my teaching skills.

          My Long Term Goals:

• To obtain tenure at a primary or intermediate building in central Illinois school district.
• To obtain a math endorsement.
• To return to school and get a master's degree.
