Short Term Goals: To receive a teaching job in the fall of 2006 in an innovative school district To learn about each student individually and be able to cater to their needs To be involved in my school district whether it’s in leading extracurricular activities, attending meetings, or by even just attending events outside of the regular school day   Long Term Goals: To continue to grow and learn as an educator through various forms of professional development, and eventually earning a Master's Degree To touch students’ lives and have them come back to thank me for having such an impact on them
