My educational philosophy revolves around the idea of developing the whole child. Instead of being a mentor and role model to children just academically, I strive to be a mentor to children emotionally, socially, and morally.

I know there will be many children that come into my professional career that will not only want, but need those extra aspects of support. As a teacher, it is my duty to ensure that every student that I have receives that support from me in any way that I can give it to them.
