Short-Term Goals

• To obtain a teaching position at the primary level in which I can create a comfortable, enthusiastic, and well-rounded environment for my students to grow and be successful in
• To be a positive role model to all students and fellow staff members

Long-Term Goals

• To receive tenure within a district and maintain a primary level teaching  position in that district
• To continue my professional development by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences
• To attend graduate level courses and get my Masters Degree in Education
• To be a mentor/supervising teacher to student teachers as they go through their student teaching experience
