My name is Kimberly Baker and I am a graduate of Illinois State University.  I graduated on May 13, 2006, with a Bachelors of Science in Education.  I have endorsements in Language Arts and Social Sciences.

I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with my mom, dad, and brother.   I have had the desire to teach as long as I can remember.  When I was little, I would always play school with my dolls and brother.  It is a great feeling to achieve my dream of teaching.

I was given the opportunity to be apart of the Pekin Professional Development School.  This year long program gave me the chance to experience different grade levels and develop the whole child.  I am very excited to have my own classroom and share what I have learned.
