Short-Term Goals

• To obtain a teaching position at the primary level, where I can create a safe community where my students can grow and succeed in their own unique way.

Long-Term Goals

• To maintain a teaching position in a progressive school district that looks at the whole child.
• To continue working on my professional growth as a teacher by attending workshops, seminars, and obtaining my Master's Degree in education.
• To be a positive role model for my students, other staff, and future teachers.
