Short-term Goals

• Graduate with a Bachelors Degree from Illinois State University
• Obtain a teaching position in a quality school district
• Implement the techniques and strategies for classroom management, problem-based learning, and standards-based instruction that I have learned this year

  Long-term Goals

• To become tenured in a quality school district
• Continue my education by receiving a Master's degree
• Create a home and family in the district that I teach
