Short Term Goals

• To obtain an elementary teaching position where I can manage my classroom while creating a positive learning environment for all learners 

 

Long Term Goals

• To obtain an ESL endorsement and a Master’s Degree in reading
• To maintain a position in a district I believe in, where I will eventually receive tenure as an educator
• To provide my students with the skills necessary to grow and succeed
• To engage and excite students to become lifelong learners
• To continue finding new and exciting ways to incorporate technology into my classroom
