My name is Lindsay Leslie Florczak. I grew up in the Chicago suburb Glendale Heights. I graduated from Glenbard East High School in 2002, and I have attended Illinois State University for the past four years. During my time at Illinois State I have been working towards my Bachelors of Science in Education. I will be receiving this degree in May 2006. In addition to this degree, I will be receiving my endorsements in the areas of middle school, language arts, and social studies.

I choose to spend my senior year at Illinois State participating in a partnership with Pekin School District 108. This program is called a Professional Development School. This experience has included my senior year course work and my student teaching.

I come from a family of six. I am the oldest of four children. My younger sisters' names are Kelsey and Laura, and my brother's name is Mark. My family is pet lovers. We have three rat terriers. During my free time I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.
