I believe that the job of an educator is to encourage every child to find their talents. When students feel successful they enjoy their time at school. As a teacher I have made it my mission to make the time that each child spends at school as enjoyable as possible. The sooner I get a student excited about school, the longer they will stay interested and determined to be successful in school.
