• To serve as an elementary educator within an encouraging classroom setting in order to inspire children to become life-long learners and productive citizens.

• Maintain a position in a district
• Become an active member on leadership teams within a district and community
• Continue to further my knowledge of education through obtaining my Masters Degree and other various forms of professional development
