The experience over this past year has been an incredible one to say the least.  The PDS program has proved to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made.  I have been able to form friendships and collaborative relationships that will surely last a lifetime.  The teachers and administration have taught me strategies that will benefit me as I continue my teaching career.  The PDS mentors seem like family to me.  They have encouraged me tremendously throughout this whole process.  They were available for questions, support, provide feedback and to celebrate successes.  I feel prepared to take the knowledge that I have obtained and continue to grow to become the best educator that I can.
