I believe that every child deserves the opportunity for a successful educational experience.  Teachers have the greatest job of all, bulldozing a bigger and brighter path for the future.  I believe my philosophy can be best described as below:

H  eightens students motivation to learn through different teaching techniques.

E  ffective teaching through discovery learning, and the idea that all students can succeed, but not on the same day or at the same time.
