My philosophy, as an educator, is to provide children with a positive educational experience that inspires him or her to become life long learners. All children regardless of background, race or experience are entitled to an educational experience that encourages him or her to meet their maximum learning potential.

In order to meet the needs of all students, I plan engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge students to work at their highest ability level. I know that all students have the ability to learn and succeed, it is my responsibility and pleasure to help students realize his or her potential.
