Short Term Goals

-Obtain a career at an elementary school in a primary position.

-Research texts and resources to enhance my knowledge in order to become a more effective teacher.

-Inspire and encourage children to become life long learners.

 

Long Term Goals

-Continue my education and receive a master’s degree.

-Research and seek out new information to further my teaching abilities.

-Collaborate with other teachers and staff in my building.

-Obtain National Board Certification.
