I have learned that through reflection I will continue to grow and learn. As a result, I find it to be most important to continue to set and work towards obtaining personal goals. Some of my current short and long term goals include...

Short term goals:

• to obtain a teaching position in an intermediate general education setting.
• to maintain and develop professional relationships.
• to develop effective classroom procedures and plans to become a superior instuctor.
• to continue to learn about and implement technology in the classroom.

Long term goals:

• to receive tenure in a successful public school district.
• to work towards obtaining a master's degree.
• To become bilingual.
