Short Term Goals:

• Obtain a teaching position in an elementary or middle school that will expand on my current teaching experience
• Become actively involved in a school district and the surrounding community

 

 

Long Term Goals:

• Establish myself in a school district and form long term collaborative relationships
• Begin work on my Master’s Degree
• Obtain tenure as a classroom teacher
• Become a mentor teacher
