Teaching is a profession that changes the world continuously.  I am a role model to my students.  When planning for a lesson, I cannot just walk in a room, stand in front of a class and read from a book.  It is my job to engage all students, modify my lessons for each individual student and reflect on my lessons.  Each student has the opportunity to gain as much knowledge as possible, and it is my job to make sure these needs are being met.  I can change the world one student at a time.
