Over the past year, I have grown tremendously.  At the beginning of my teaching experience, I was unsure about my effect in the classroom.  After having been in the classroom for a full year, I have gained a greater confidence of my teaching abilities.  I feel that I have the experience of a first year teacher already.  I have learned to create a classroom management plan at the very beginning of the school year. 

 

Now I realize how much collaboration and communication are important.  I also know that reflection is one of the ways we can grow.  I am now ready to go into a classroom and change the world of students everywhere!
