In reflection, I feel extremely fortunate to have been a part of the Pekin Professional Development School!  This program has shaped me as an individual and made me extremely confident that I can effectively manage my own classroom.  Through collaborating with my colleagues during my internship, I have learned the value of being a team player.  This experience has allowed me to see first hand the growth students make as they progressed through the school year.

    What sets this experience apart from others is the outstanding dedication on the part of the liaisons and mentor teachers to their students and the program.  Due to their dedication, I have experienced unprecedented growth and am ready to embrace the challenges ahead!
