Short Term Goals- My short term goals include obtaining an elementary or intermediate full time teaching position.  I would enjoy working in a school that has a vision and purpose for their students to become life long learners.    Long Term Goals- Maintain a full time teaching position in a school where I can grow as an educator Continuously be reflective upon my lessons in order to more closely meet those diverse needs of my students. To provide students essential tools that they need to learn and grow in the real world To engage and excite student to become life long learners Continue my education by attending graduate school to receive my master's in Administration.
