Short Term Goals:

• To develop and maintain an effective classroom management policy.
• To continue to gather and evaluate a variety of teaching resources.
• To maintain a professional attitude inside and outside of the classroom.
• To attain an elementary teaching position in a progressive school district around the Bloomington-Normal area.

Long Term Goals:

• To go back to school to achieve a Masters Degree from ISU.
• To raise my family in the Bloomington-Normal area.
• To become an active member of a leadership team within my school district.
• To travel and work in orphanages in Guatemala in my summers off from teaching.
