My desire, as a teacher, is to inspire and encourage students to realize and achieve their potential and give life to their dreams, by providing a safe and supportive learning environment where they are free to grow. Ways that I can create the supportive learning environment is through differentiated instruction, varying methods of assessment, procedures and routines, and collaboration with other educational professionals.
