I believe the goal of a successful educator is to foster a love of learning in students in a positive and engaging classroom setting.  This can be achieved by providing students a classroom where they can feel free to explore new ideas in a safe and welcoming environment.  As a future educator, I will strive to make learning fun and meaningful, while reaching the needs of each of my students.   It is important to encourage every child to find their hidden talents.  When students find out that they can be successful at school, they begin to enjoy their time spent there.  I have made it my mission to make each child have an enjoyable and rewarding experience at school.
