My Short Term Goals:

• To obtain an Elementary teaching position within Central Illinois.
• To continue to improve my teaching skills by continuing my education and receiving a reading endorsement.

My Long Term Goals::

• To obtain tenure at an Elementary school in Central Illinois.
• To obtain a Master’s Degree.
• To obtain a position as a Reading/Literacy Specialist within Central Illinois.
