I am so glad that I choose to be a part of and have the opportunity to be in the Pekin PDS.  It has been such a rewarding experience that I believe every future educator should experience.  I feel prepared, confident and excited about my future in education.  I have grown so much this last year and made many new connections.  It has meant a great deal to me having the support of two wonderful mentors, and liaisons in which I have learned so much.  Participating in the PDS has given me the confidence, experience and ability to begin my life long journey as an educator.
