Short Term Goals:

• to maintain and develop professional relationships.

• to develop effective classroom procedures and create a risk free environment for learning.

• to continue to learn about and implement technology in the classroom.

Long Term Goals:

• to receive tenure in an elementary school in a successful school district.

• to grow professionally and obtain my Masters degree within the next 10 years.

• to become certified as a bilingual educator.

• to always inspire and encourage my students to be life long learners.
