Thank you for taking time to look at my portfolio.  My name is Margaret Kupper, and I am currently finishing up my senior year at Illinois State University.  I spent this past year in Pekin, Illinois doing a student teaching internship in the Professional Development School.  I will graduate from Illinois State University on May 12, 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education.  My endorsements will be social sciences and language arts. 

 

My student teaching experiences with children included second grade, fourth grade, and sixth grade.  This experience allowed me to expand my horizons and experience three different grade levels. 

 

I am from Peoria, Illinois, and have lived there my whole life.  However, I am soon making a life changing decision and moving to Florida.  Some of my favorite things to do are spend time with the ones I love and go out to eat!

 

I am so grateful for my time in the Pekin Professional Development School, and my passion for teaching was gratified with the many experiences.  I have always had a love for children, and I cannot wait to continue my love for children by teaching them.
